Most manufacturers I work with sell the same product families in new sizes: conveyors, enclosures, frames, dryers, valves. Every order, an engineer rebuilds the model and redraws the documentation. I put the engineering rules into the model with iLogic:
✔ One input form drives the full assembly: dimensions, options, part counts
✔ Invalid sizes are blocked with a clear warning before anything reaches the shop
✔ BOM and drawings update with the model
✔ Rules documented in plain language, and all files are yours

HOW WE WORK

1. Configurator Assessment (fixed price): I audit one product family, write down the rules, and give you a fixed build quote and a payback estimate.
2. Build: typically 4-6 weeks for one product family.
3. Ongoing: size updates and out-of-range orders, or monthly engineering capacity from my team (Inventor design, manufacturing drawings, BOMs).
