That's the seat this work comes from. Before I built a single workflow system, I ran one — inside a real P&L, with real deadlines, a real team, and real consequences when a process broke down. Then I founded my own award winning technology start-up, HomeExcept, built the team, raised the investment and guided us towards product market fit.

Most organizations that hire me don't have a technology problem. They have an execution problem — critical work spread across spreadsheets, email, CRMs, and disconnected tools, with teams spending more time coordinating work than doing it. I've been on both sides of that problem: as the operator who felt it every quarter, and now as the person who fixes it.

How I Work

Every engagement starts with understanding the operational workflow underneath the problem — the way I'd have approached it as the operator accountable for the outcome, not as an outside vendor building a tool.

From there I design and implement systems that support:
