I’m comfortable working independently and taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions. If something is unclear, I ask the right questions. If I see a risk, I raise it early. If I see a repetitive or inefficient process, I look for a better way of doing it.

I also use AI tools daily for research, documentation, communication, reporting and workflow improvement. I’m comfortable learning new platforms quickly and adapting to different business environments.

I hold the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis and am currently pursuing PRINCE2 Foundation to build on my practical project and delivery experience.
