Most of the clients who come to me are stuck with something that almost works. A CRM someone set up two years ago and nobody has touched since. An integration that breaks every few weeks. A team still copying data between systems by hand because the automation was never finished.

That is the work I do. I fix it, or I rebuild it properly.

I am a Zoho Authorized Partner and an AWS Partner, and I have been doing this long enough to know when a problem needs a Zoho configuration change and when it needs actual code. Most consultants only do one or the other, which is why so many Zoho projects stall the moment they need a real backend.

WHAT I WORK ON

Zoho implementation and cleanup. CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, Recruit, People, Analytics, Sign. Deluge scripting, custom functions, blueprints, multi module workflows. I have inherited a lot of half finished Zoho setups and untangled them.

Migrations. Salesforce, HubSpot or QuickBooks into Zoho. Data mapping, field matching, historical records, and a cutover plan that does not take your team offline for a week.

Integrations. Zoho to QuickBooks, payment gateways, e signature, telephony, shipping, whatever else you run. If it has an API I can connect it, and if it does not I will find another way.

AI and document automation. Intake forms that read themselves, invoice and contract extraction, AI agents that handle the repetitive work your team does every day. Built on AWS Bedrock and Textract, running inside your own AWS account.

Custom applications. When Zoho cannot do it, I build it. Next.js front end, NestJS backend, PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS with proper CI/CD and monitoring.

ON YOUR DATA

I build on AWS instead of managed platforms because it keeps your data and your costs where you can see them. Client data stays in the client's own AWS account. That applies to the AI work too, which runs on Bedrock rather than getting shipped off to a third party API. If you are in healthcare, legal or finance, you already know why that matters.
