Somewhere in your business there's a spreadsheet held together with copy-paste and hope. Probably only one person understands it. I turn those spreadsheets into systems that run themselves — documented, automated, and fully yours.

I'm a Google Sheets and Google Apps Script specialist. Not a generalist who also does spreadsheets — this is all I do, every day, for clients ranging from short-term rental operators to healthcare and insurance/benefits operations teams. I'm also the founder of Next Level Sheets LLC, a product line of Google Sheets templates and automation tools — I don't just fix spreadsheets, I design and ship them commercially.

WHAT I BUILD

• Spreadsheet rescues: broken formulas fixed, data validation added, the whole thing documented so it stops being tribal knowledge
• Automated dashboards: live KPIs that update themselves instead of waiting on someone's Sunday-night data entry
• Apps Script workflow automation: form intake pipelines, scheduled email digests, report generation, inventory tracking with real-time stock alerts
• Custom web apps: when your spreadsheet can no longer carry the load, I build the app layer on top of it — 20+ custom apps shipped across medical, industrial, chemical testing, and home inspection businesses
• API integrations: Google Document AI (OCR), DocuSign, and third-party platforms wired directly into Sheets — no middleware. My scripts often replace a client's Zapier or Make subscription with automation they own outright.

RECENT WORK

• Healthcare data pipeline: Google Document AI OCR extracting structured data from documents straight into Sheets — replacing error-prone manual entry
• Inventory automation: real-time stock levels, automatic reorder alerts, and order tracking, no manual updates
• Event scoring system: form submissions scored and ranked instantly via Apps Script, eliminating hours of live manual tabulation
• Large-scale data operations: third-party API integrations (including SOAP), high-volume imports with deduplication, and working directly with Google to raise service quotas when clients outgrow the defaults

HOW I WORK

• Defined builds or ongoing work — both are on the table. A one-off rescue or dashboard can be scoped as a project; most of my client relationships are long-term hourly, where I become the automation arm of their operation as needs grow.
