I have over 13 years of experience architecting and implementing scalable Cloud and AI systems for a wide range of companies, from early-stage startups to large, complex organizations preparing for acquisition or IPO.

I specialize in designing, building, and improving complex end-to-end systems for teams hitting scaling or operational bottlenecks, including custom, code-based automations that eliminate manual workflows across engineering and operations, as well as architecting and operating cloud infrastructure from the ground up. My work helps teams ship faster, reduce operational overhead, control cloud costs, and build systems that are reliable enough to support rapid growth, acquisitions, and public markets.

In one of my recent projects, I helped Slice Intelligence (later acquired by Rakuten) re-architect a large monolithic platform into a Kubernetes-based microservices environment while building the automated systems, processes, and deployment workflows that took deployment cycles from a few weeks to a few hours. The infrastructure I built and its underlying automations were evaluated and cited as a strategic asset during the 8-figure acquisition process.

• Rakuten Advertising expand into new international markets by designing a multi-cloud platform that reduced regional deployment timelines from months to weeks and enabled 132% revenue growth.

• NielsenIQ prepare for public markets by consolidating and automating a fragmented cloud environment, reducing annual cloud spend by 25% and demonstrating the operational discipline required for a successful IPO.

• Enigma Networkz expand their addressable market by building a multi-cloud deployment strategy that unlocked enterprise deals and supported a 7-figure Series A raise.

On the technical side, I design and build production-grade systems across AWS and GCP, working with Kubernetes (EKS and GKE), microservices architectures, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability, security, and reliability engineering. I routinely lead cloud migrations, modernize legacy systems, and architect platforms that can scale cleanly as a company grows. In many cases, I step in as a senior engineer or architecture owner, working closely with founders, CTOs, and engineering teams to make long-term technical decisions and execute them correctly.
