My learning and development experience, combined with an
extensive leadership and coaching background, uniquely qualifies
me as someone who will be a valuable asset to any company looking
to virtually expand their training and development capabilities , and
my Myers-Briggs and Hogan Lead Series Certifications will certainly
be of interest.
Most recently, my focus has been on Leadership Development,
professional facilitation and webinar and seminar design and
delivery. Over the past 6 years, I have delivered both virtual and
instructor led trainings, ranging from one hour to several days in
length. With this experience, I have been able to create and present
curriculum that is impactful and engaging.
I have also had the opportunity to be actively involved in all phases
of annual Leadership Symposiums, including conception, design and
delivery. This has given me the experience to comfortably present
to large groups of executives, along with engineering meaningful
content.
