My path: systems administration → capacity and technical operations management → Service Delivery Manager → Senior SRE and SRE Manager at VMware → today, leading EMEA SRE Lifecycle Management and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) operations at HCLTech, a strategic Broadcom delivery partner. In parallel, I've operated enterprise data pipelines (RDS-to-Snowflake, Airflow, dbt) and led data security governance work, giving me a rare blend of ITIL-grounded service delivery discipline and modern data platform operations experience.
