The same pattern shows up in client work. For a DTC watch brand I built an internal command center: projects and tasks with an enforced definition of done, plus a daily Slack agent that DMs each teammate, transcribes their voice memo, writes the founder a report, and asks follow-up questions generated from that person's real overdue work.
