• Voice AI Architecture: Built and deployed end-to-end audio pipelines integrating cloud APIs (ElevenLabs) and self-hosted open-source models for ultra-low-latency, high-fidelity voice synthesis
• Apple (previous): Shipped a Vue.js admin system with OAuth 2.0, a Go/gRPC cloud backend, and an iOS app for internal marketing ops
• Google: Refactored an open-source tool used across hundreds of offices, saving billions in lost productivity
• USAA: Led the Savings Booster product that moved $160M+/year into member accounts. 2 years, zero major bugs
