I help businesses work smarter by designing custom automations, internal apps, and system integrations that streamline operations and eliminate repetitive work. My work often involves connecting CRMs, ERPs, and internal tools so data flows cleanly without manual effort.

Before working independently, I spent three years at a large IT company supporting automation and integration projects across real, complex business environments. That experience shaped how I work today, with a focus on practical solutions, clean system design, and workflows that hold up at scale.

I’m Microsoft-certified and prefer building within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio, but I stay tool-agnostic when it makes sense. I design custom AI agents that can interact with CRMs and internal systems, trigger workflows, retrieve data, and support real business processes — not just answer questions. I also help teams customize ChatGPT and similar tools by building purpose-driven GPTs that are connected to real data and can take action within their systems.

I work directly with my clients end-to-end, from understanding the business process to building the solution and refining it after launch. No handoffs, no layers, no guesswork.

Outside of work, I’m based in New Jersey and spend my time as a husband, dad, and kiteboarder. My passion is helping companies replace messy manual workflows with clean, reliable systems that just work.
