💡 AI assistant for schools. Used by around 350 schools in Ireland and the UK. Teachers get answers based on 500+ checked templates and official sources, and every answer shows where it came from. Student names and IDs are hidden before anything reaches the AI. Wrong answers dropped by 62% compared to a plain AI chatbot.
💡 Palinoo. A voice storytelling app for kids. A child has a short voice chat and gets a narrated story back. Nominated for the TOMMI 2026 children's software award. Built for the German market with GDPR in mind.
💡 AI fitness and nutrition coach. Users ask things like "Is this meal good for my goal?" and get advice based on nutrition data, their goals and a photo of their meal. 68% fewer wrong answers than a plain AI chatbot, checked by experts on 5000+ answers. Replies in about a second, three times faster than before.
💡 PopMystic GPT. Search across 500,000+ lines of movie and TV dialogue. Type a half-remembered quote and it finds the right line 92% of the time, versus 68% for normal keyword search.
💡 MiloGPT. A company AI assistant that answers from internal documents in SharePoint and Dynamics 365. 300,000+ files searchable, research time cut by 75%. Personal data is removed before it reaches the AI.
💡 ProCodes Companion. An AI SaaS platform for construction teams that answers from building codes and project documents with sources, plus tools for bids and invoices. Three Stripe plans, team accounts and admin dashboards.
💡 Adaptive SAT and ACT prep platform. Practice that gets harder or easier based on each student's results, an AI tutor that explains answers, and separate portals for students, parents and teachers. Built with input from Stanford PhDs. EdTech is my jam.

💡 Internal tool for a law firm. The firm built a receipts tracker with Claude Code. We turned that AI demo into production software with Microsoft 365 sign-in, roles for partners and staff, encrypted data and Excel reports. Manual time on payments cut by 25%. 💡 LegalEaseAI.
