My main expertise is in the Microsoft 365 Products and providing fast and tangible automation to daily processes for a variety of companies and enterprises. I have over 13 years experience where I used workflows, custom forms and logic to create full life cycle ticketing systems, procurement management applications, custom billing reference tools and other user focused solutions.

I have experience in managing SharePoint migrations from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 and 2010 to SharePoint Online, where I updated SharePoint designer workflows to Power Automate workflows and converted InfoPath tools to the modern SharePoint online experience.

• Expert capability in creating custom web parts, Excel macros, Microsoft Visio, VLOOKUPs and PowerBI reports for KPI information.

• Business analysis experience and project management of multiple Agile/Waterfall methodology projects at one time.
