⚙️ WORKFLOW AUTOMATION

I build automation pipelines using Make, n8n, and Zapier, connecting platforms like Salesforce, Airtable, Google Suite, SendGrid, and custom APIs. A lot of this work has nothing to do with surveys: automated client delivery workflows, document generation, CRM update pipelines, data processing systems. When off-the-shelf tools are not the right fit, I also build custom lightweight applications using AI-assisted development, delivered in days rather than months.

⚙️ AI INTEGRATION

I build AI into the systems you already run, wherever it removes manual work or surfaces the answers you need faster. I stay tool-agnostic, using Claude, the OpenAI API, or custom builds depending on the job, rather than forcing one approach onto every problem. In practice that has meant reading and triaging incoming emails and form submissions, pulling clean structured data out of PDFs and thousands of open-text responses, auto-generating branded reports straight from a data source, and scoring or screening applications against set criteria. For complex, production-grade work I partner with a senior AI architect, so what I hand over is reliable enough to run unattended rather than a clever demo that breaks in week two.
