I build brand identities for B2B and service companies, then carry the same system into the website, the pitch deck and the sales documents the business actually runs on. The identity is the easy half. Keeping it intact across everything else is the work.
Most of what I get called into looks like this: the logo says one thing, the website says another, and the deck the sales team is actually sending was made by someone else entirely. The buyer notices, usually without being able to name it, and it lands as hesitation at exactly the wrong moment.
So the work runs in this order.
The system first. Wordmark and mark, a type system, a restrained palette that holds on a dark screen and stays print safe, and a guidelines document so it does not drift the moment someone else touches it.
Then the website. Designed off the system rather than decided again from scratch. Every page drawn desktop and mobile, handed over as organised Figma your developer can build straight from.
Then everything the brand is actually seen through. Pitch and sales decks, proposals, brochures, one-pagers, ad sets. This is where most brand projects quietly fall apart, and it is the part I have spent the most years on.
How I work. Replies inside 15 minutes during working hours. First direction inside 24 hours, several routes to react to rather than one finished thing you either like or don't. Available for edits after the project closes, which I mean literally.
375 completed projects here across identity, web and print. Cardiff based, working across US, UK and EU hours.
Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, PowerPoint.
Tell me what the business does and where the brand is currently letting it down. I will tell you what I would fix first.
