My background is in technical product management, software architecture and delivery. I’ve worked across HealthTech, fintech and SaaS, helping teams turn business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Sometimes that means building a new SaaS product. Other times, it’s fixing a complicated workflow, connecting existing platforms, introducing AI where it genuinely helps, or getting a software project that’s gone off track moving again.

I work closely with founders, stakeholders and engineering teams to understand the actual problem, figure out what needs to change and turn that into something technically practical.

My work typically involves:

-AI integration and workflow automation — identifying useful applications, designing workflows and defining how AI should interact with existing systems.
-SaaS product development — product strategy, architecture, requirements, integrations and delivery.
-Technical product management — translating business needs into clear specifications and coordinating implementation.
-Business process improvement — finding inefficient, repetitive or disconnected workflows and designing better ways to handle them.
-API and platform integrations — defining how systems exchange information and how the resulting workflows should behave.
-Product delivery and recovery — bringing structure to complicated projects, resolving delivery problems and helping teams move forward.

I’ve worked on healthcare technology platforms, telehealth products, fintech systems and other software initiatives where technical decisions, business requirements and operational realities all need to fit together.

I’m comfortable working across the business and technical sides of a project, from the initial problem and product architecture through to implementation, testing and delivery.

I don’t believe every business problem needs a new application or an AI agent. Sometimes the right solution is improving what already exists.

My focus is on understanding what needs to work, choosing a sensible technical approach and making sure the team can actually deliver it.
