I started out my recruiting career 4 years ago in a very sink or swim environment where I’ve had to teach myself the entire recruitment process from intake to different sourcing strategies, HM/client management, prep, coordination, negotiations to offer. Most of my career has been in SaaS for high growth start ups! I have both agency and internal recruiting experience.

My expertise has been hiring sales AEs, BDRs/SDRs, CSMs, AMs, Director of Sales, VP of sales, and now experienced in engineer/soft dev roles, marketing and some content as well.

I am experienced in running a smooth recruitment process to ensure we are getting the correct talent in place- avoiding fall offs/mis hires.

I am proficient in bullhorn and Greenhouse but half my career has been through tracking spreadsheets and docs- I can be resourceful with little to no tools!
