 My name is Jason Batts, and I have 25+ years in product development, including 13 years at Microchip in roles like Test Engineer, Design Engineer, Silicon Validation, and Applications Engineer. Through all the product development, I’ve created a system for planning and designing working products. This system reduces costs (by reducing mistakes). I frequently make product improvements in lowering energy usage: important in battery-powered products along with Asset Management for fleet control management.

 I have got lots of hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic-analyzers, JTAG/Debuggers, hardware/firmware debugging and troubleshooting. Leading-edge technologies such as USB/USB-C, Lithium Battery Charging, LED and Color Mixing, I2S Digital Audio, and Analog Measurements
