I work with founders and operators who already see the version of their company that runs like a machine, down to the dashboards, and haven't found someone who can build it at that level. • You have a product, paying users and a prototype that can't carry them. A founder came to me with a mockup. We built the real platform underneath it; today every balance reconciles to his broker's to the cent, and it's what his customers use. The build became an ongoing operations partnership. • Your operation lives in five tools and one person's head. For an insurance agency I connected Notion, Zapier, RingCentral and their policy system into one platform. Their words: "a complete custom platform that runs our entire insurance and payroll operation."

• Work that only moves when someone pushes it. A recruiting firm runs 60 automated workflows I own, including a pipeline that turns a resume and an interview transcript into the finished documents their clients receive.

• AI that looks like it works. In my own production pipeline, an AI check once silently rejected every valid input and raised no error. I found it, and I now build every AI step with validation and a human fallback, so a wrong answer gets caught before it costs anything.
