• INTELLIGENT DOCUMENT PROCESSING PIPELINE

Led engineering of a production IDP pipeline processing hundreds of
thousands of unstructured documents per month across higher-education
and invoicing domains.
• Designed an event-driven AWS architecture: S3 ingestion fans out to
per-stage Lambda workers with SQS/SNS-decoupled OCR, classification,
extraction, validation, and HITL review. Each stage scales
independently; low-confidence outputs auto-route to review rather
than passing silently downstream.
• Shipped production-grade extraction quality: every extraction
carries a confidence score; below-threshold results auto-route to
HITL.
