On Wekeza, a live fintech investing app for first-time investors (iOS + Android), I led UX strategy and customer journey design for users who’d never used an investment app before, the kind of product where one confusing screen costs you a user’s trust in their own money. On Elevate Wellness, I led mobile-first conversion optimization work focused on turning casual visitors into committed users. I’ve also done product design and strategy work for Cognium AI, applying the same “design for the skeptical first-time user” thinking to AI-driven interfaces.
