I design digital products, websites, and brands for Health, SaaS, and Marketplace companies where the design is doing real work: carrying users through complex flows, earning trust in a competitive market, or turning traffic into revenue.
Most of my work now sits in product: SaaS platforms, marketplaces, dashboards, and web apps where the interface has to hold up under real use, not just look good in a portfolio.

𝗠𝗗 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 — 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻
Lead designer on medlicity, a marketplace digitising how law firms find independent medical examiners. Came in to an existing product, audited it end to end, and sorted every finding into what needed fixing now, what could wait, and what was worth building later. Redesigned the existing experience, designed the new features, and moved from executing fixes to shaping what the product becomes.
𝗗𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘂𝗺 — 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 & 𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻
Clinical console for hospital teams, plus the design system behind it and the marketing site in front of it. Dense, high-stakes screens where a clinician needs the right information without hunting for it.
𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀 — 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻
Full visual identity built to hold up across every touchpoint, from product to packaging to marketing.

Products people can use without being trained. Multi-role permissions, branching states, workflows with real consequences — the parts that get skipped and then cost you support tickets and churn.
𝗨𝗫 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆
If you already have a product and something isn't landing, I find where users are dropping off and what it's costing you, then give you a prioritised plan rather than a list of complaints.
𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀
Structured, documented component libraries so your team ships faster and the product stays consistent as it grows.
𝗪𝗲𝗯𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻
Sites that make people believe you're the credible choice, and make it obvious what to do next. Includes messaging and content hierarchy — most sites fail on what they say before they fail on how they look.
𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 Visual identity for companies entering a competitive market or outgrowing how they currently look.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸
I start with the business, not the screens. What you sell, who buys it, what's currently in their way, and what has to change for the numbers to move. Only then does anything get designed.
I work the way product teams work — from written specs, raising gaps and contradictions before they become build problems, and staying available to engineering through implementation. Every design ships with responsive behaviour, states, and edge cases documented, so nobody is guessing at intent.
Already have developers? You get a handoff they can build from without a dozen clarifying questions. Need development too? I have a team of highly talented devs behind me.
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜'𝗺 𝗮 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝘁
I'm not the right fit for surface-level cosmetic work, or for teams who want screens produced without questions asked.
