WHAT IT DOES FOR CLIENTS
• Resolves support tickets. As fractional CTO and Head of Product Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering for an AI SaaS startup, $1M+ ARR, I led a five-person team through a ground-up rebuild of its support AI. It resolves routine tickets itself and hands the rest to people, for hundreds of customers. I authored 500+ pull requests in about eight weeks and reviewed and deployed about 300 more from the team.
• Puts data in plain English. Pharmacy staff ask questions and get answers from live data across 50 locations of an approximately $100M enterprise.
• Answers the phone. Tellgence, a voice AI product I built at Pendoah, answers a small business's phone, books the appointment and hands off to a person. It is live with its first business customers.
• Qualifies inbound leads by conversation and transfers the promising calls to a person live.
• Saves money at scale. At PwC: AI fraud detection for a global insurer with 40% fewer false positives and about $15M a year in savings, and AI and RPA claims automation that cut processing time 35% and saved about $10M. For an energy company: an industrial AI program at about $10M in annualized cost avoidance at handover.
• Also shipped: an AI health-coaching iPhone app I ran in production, conversational-commerce and embedded-payments platforms for an external founder, private on-premises legal AI, and an Entra-secured AI API for ChatGPT Enterprise. My own product is ABACare, which helps ABA therapy clinics get paid for every session they deliver; it is preparing design-partner pilots.

WHO YOU'RE HIRING
CTO & Partner at a Houston AI and software firm: oversight of 110 people, and I directly lead 20+ in its software and AI group, across hundreds of completed projects.
CIO of Perry Homes (2017-2022): I led 45 direct staff and 30+ extended team members for a homebuilder of about 1,300 employees and 2,500 contractors and suppliers. Revenue grew from $800M to $1.71B and closings from about 2,100 to about 3,400 while I ran technology. I replaced the ERP with Dynamics 365, brought mortgage, title, insurance and a second homebuilding brand under one IT estate, retired about 70% of legacy applications and cut IT operating expense about 20%. Customer platforms were associated with about $50M in commercial uplift, and construction approvals ran about 40% faster with about 70% less paperwork. Earlier: Director of Enterprise Architecture at PwC, Principal and Houston practice leader at Credera, Practice Director at Hitachi Consulting (I won and delivered the merger integration for a major US energy acquisition) and Accenture. Teams of 20 to 100, at least three M&A engagements, 100+ enterprises. Still hands-on: 2,600+ pull requests and 14,000+ commits across 28 repositories since October 2024.
