I am a social champion with +15 years of experience in organizational development, change management, sustainability, grantmaking and strategic planning. I work designing strategic processes - building the systems that turn ambitious goals into delivered outcomes that enable institutions to actually do the strategic work they set out to do.
Currently leading process design and facilitation at the Wikimedia Foundation for a 13-member international governance committee building a new movement-wide grantmaking strategy, with launch targeted for mid-2026. Previously Executive Director of Wikimedia Argentina for a decade, building it from a volunteer-run organization into a regional leader impacting 10+ countries.
