A complete operating system for a US home insurance company: the full policy lifecycle across 9 connected Monday boards, 41 Make scenarios, a custom Monday app and 5 integrated platforms, now running 1,000+ policies with the team in it every day. And a project delivery engine for construction, where 600+ tasks are assigned automatically from role definitions — Owner PM, GC PM, architect, inspectors — so changing one role reassigns responsibilities across the entire project instead of hundreds of spreadsheet rows.

Lead → deal pipelines, accounts, contacts, renewals, follow-ups, and dashboards that show the pipeline at a glance.

🏗️ Monday project delivery & operations hubs
Delivery boards, role-based task assignment, resource views, and internal request systems for HR, admin, IT and procurement. One build assigns 600+ project tasks from role definitions; another generates 40+ nested SharePoint project folders in 30 minutes, against a background copy queue that could otherwise sit for 20 hours.

💰 Finance & admin automation
Invoices, quotes, approvals, commission tracking, billing sync with QuickBooks Online and Xero, and automated document generation.

🧩 Custom Monday apps
Single-entry tools and tailored interfaces built with Monday Vibe and Monday Code, for the things the stock platform can't do. One of them replaced manual data entry across 5 boards with a single form.

🔗 Integrations & migrations
Monday ↔ QuickBooks, Xero, Hubflo, Box, SharePoint, Slack, Airtable, Google Sheets, email and calendars, including Microsoft 365 work through the Graph API. I also migrate teams into Monday from Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, Asana, ClickUp and Notion without losing history.

🏠 Insurance & policy operations
Full policy lifecycle — onboarding, applications, inspections, billing, claims, renewals, cancellations. Client portals, e-signature, document trails, renewal reminders, and rule-based red-flag detection.
