Design and own enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and Azure architecture, platform engineering, and AI-enabled solution development for organizations that require senior ownership without hiring full-time. Services are delivered under a vendor-side Time and Materials model, supporting both ongoing operations and advanced system development across the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

I currently serve as Fractional CIO to two federal prime contractors holding active VA, DoD, and HHS awards, owning their full IT ecosystems including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Power Platform, and endpoint infrastructure. I also operate as a Fractional Microsoft 365 and Azure Architect, supporting enterprise, government-aligned, and consultancy environments with platform design, tenant lifecycle management, Azure development, system integration, and long-term operational ownership.

Core Responsibilities
-Microsoft 365 and Azure platform architecture, lifecycle management, and long-term ownership.
-Tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migrations across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
-Identity, security, and governance including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and policy enforcement.
-CMMC Level 1 compliance posture design and self-certification support, delivered natively through Microsoft 365, Intune, and Zero Trust controls.
-Microsoft Intune administration including endpoint management, compliance, configuration, and application deployment.
-Device lifecycle management across corporate and mobile environments.
-Ongoing platform operations, system stability, and continuous improvement.
-SharePoint Online architecture and governance at enterprise scale.

Platform Engineering, Integration, and AI
-Azure-based development including Azure Functions (Python/Linux), Function Apps, and cloud-native services.
-API design and integration using Microsoft Graph and Azure-based integration patterns.
-Event-driven automation and cross-platform workflow orchestration.
-Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse with enterprise governance.
-AI-enabled automation including classification systems, intelligent workflows, and Copilot/Azure AI integration where applicable.
-Document processing, data extraction, and workflow automation across Microsoft and external systems.
-Power BI reporting and operational dashboards.
-Advanced Excel solutions including automation, Power Query, data modeling, and VBA.

My background spans large-scale Microsoft 365 environments across national VA programs, DoD-aligned government subcontracting, and direct enterprise engagements, with depth across program management, operations, compliance, and enterprise reporting. Focus is on building scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions with long-term ownership accountability.
