Iwona B.

With 8 years of experience managing products in Agile environments, 3 years working within a government institution in Washington, D.C., and a proud chapter serving in the Polish Army, I’ve developed a unique ability to balance structure with adaptability while leading with both strategy and empathy.

My international experience across different countries and cultures has shaped the way I approach collaboration, problem-solving, and product development. I specialize in aligning business goals with user needs, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions in fast-paced environments.

Drawing from the discipline and resilience gained through my military background, combined with the creativity and innovation required in product management, I bring a grounded yet forward-thinking perspective to every project. I’m passionate about building meaningful products, creating efficient processes, and helping teams turn ideas into measurable results.

With a strong focus on communication, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement, I thrive in environments where strategy, execution, and human connection intersect. If you’re looking for a dedicated Product Owner who can lead with clarity, adaptability, and purpose, I’d welcome the opportunity to contribute to your project’s success.
