Kim F.

I’m a Program Director specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM), Secure Configuration Management (SCM), Observability/DFIR, Security Awareness, and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). I build and run security programs that bring structure, clarity, and measurable improvement to organizations that need strong governance, reliable execution, and cross‑functional alignment.

My work centers on designing program frameworks, leading multi‑team initiatives, establishing repeatable processes, and driving delivery across engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders. I translate complex security requirements into actionable roadmaps, build workflows that teams can actually follow, and ensure every initiative moves with purpose, accountability, and transparency.

Whether you need help standing up a new security program, maturing an existing one, or coordinating multiple workstreams, I bring a calm, structured, and highly organized approach that keeps teams aligned and projects moving.
