I start with the business workflow and the constraints of your existing systems. We agree on a manageable scope, define what a working result looks like, and deliver in reviewable stages.

I use coding agents extensively, with direct responsibility for architectural decisions, implementation review and verification. My focus is software that your team can operate, maintain and extend.

For a new build, I help define the first useful release. For an existing platform, I assess what to retain, what to improve and how to introduce changes in stages.

I can work directly with your business or alongside your product team or agency. When a project involves other PearlThoughts specialists, we agree on their roles and my involvement before work begins.
