PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

Sarathi — Open-source delivery intelligence
Developing a Microsoft Teams delivery assistant that compares objectives and commitments with evidence from Jira, GitHub, documents and communications. It supports source-linked answers, delivery reporting and human accountability. The open-source product is under active development.

Schedula — Outpatient scheduling
Built appointment workflows across WhatsApp, native Android (Kotlin) /iOS (Swift) apps and Exotel IVR. The scheduling model supports normal/elastic capacity, wave/stream scheduling, normal/flexible availability and appointment changes. Migrated the platform from Yii2 to Node.js.

Chefz — Food-delivery platform
Inherited an early food-delivery platform, assessed the existing code and wrote the first version of its Yii2 ecommerce engine after deciding to retire the earlier implementation. Led delivery through v7, resolving hundreds of complex workflows and scalability challenges in the API layer.

SMW — Music academy operations
Inherited a Windows application, rebuilt it in Yii2 and later rebuilt it with NestJS/Next.js. Used by Arcadia Music Academy in Canada, supporting 10+ franchise locations, 10,000+ students, lesson scheduling, payments and invoice tracking.

Mainland Ink — Digital publishing
Recovered Mainland's internal publishing platform from a previous team and modernized it from Yii2 to NestJS/Next.js. Redesigned its architecture and modularity and scaled the platform for traffic in the millions.
