I’ve been a practicing attorney for more than forty years, specializing in corporate, regulatory, and securities law. Along the way, I’ve also earned an MBA and founded four companies of my own—experiences that give me a uniquely practical understanding of how law and business intersect.
Over the course of my career, I’ve advised more than 1,000 startups and early-stage entrepreneurs, helping founders and companies navigate every stage of growth—from formation and financing to mergers, acquisitions, and compliance. My focus is always the same: to provide clear, actionable legal guidance that aligns with real-world business goals.
Many of my clients retain me on a long-term basis as Outside Counsel, where I serve as an ongoing legal and strategic partner. I assist with corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property licensing, employment and contractor relationships, securities offerings (Reg A+, Reg D, Reg CF, Reg S), and mergers & acquisitions.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, New York Law School, and NYU Stern School of Business (MBA), I bring both legal depth and business insight to every engagement—and a steadfast commitment to helping clients build and sustain strong, compliant, and successful enterprises.
