Your SaaS worked. Then the customers arrived.
You built it with Cursor, Claude, Lovable or Bolt, got people paying, and now every new account costs you a night in the codebase. The Supabase rules are open, the API limits hit at the worst moment, and you are the support engineer, the product manager and the CEO. If you are debugging, you are not selling.
That is the exact job I do.
WHAT I DO
I step in as your fractional CTO. I do not delete your code. I stabilize the architecture you already have, lock down security, take over the product roadmap and technical execution, and hand you back the hours only a founder can spend: on customers.
Three things happen, in order.
ARCHITECTURE AUDIT. Fixed scope, ten days. I read the actual codebase, not a discovery call. You get a written report: what is fragile, what is exploitable, what breaks next at twice your current load, and what to fix first. Yours to keep, whoever you hire next.
STABILIZATION. I fix the critical list myself: auth and RLS, API and webhook reliability, rate limiting, query performance, error logging, the crash loops. No rewrite. Your app keeps serving customers throughout.
ROADMAP AND EXECUTION. Your feature requests become a prioritized 90-day roadmap. I own architecture, code review and deployment, and features ship weekly. For larger roadmaps I bring in senior engineers I have worked with for years, always under my review and with your agreement. You decide what closes the next deal. I make sure it ships.
Scope and fee are fixed and quoted on our call, after I have seen the codebase. Not before.
WHO THIS IS FOR
B2B SaaS founders between roughly $50k and $500k ARR who built the product themselves with AI tools and are now the bottleneck. Typical stack: Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, an OpenAI or Anthropic API. Typical trigger: you crossed 30 to 50 paying accounts, hired your first salesperson, and the app started breaking under the new load.
Not the right fit: an idea with no paying customers yet, a rewrite from scratch, or crypto.
WHY NOT AN AGENCY, A CTO HIRE, OR A DEVELOPER
An agency looks at AI-generated code and quotes a three-month rewrite; three months of zero features is fatal at your stage. A full-time CTO costs $180k plus equity a business your size cannot carry. A mid-level developer hire turns you into a full-time product manager instead of a CEO. This engagement exists to bypass all three: keep your code, stabilize it, ship weekly, return your calendar.
Mustafa S. earns an estimated $20k/mo. That's 13.3× the typical freelancer and more than 99.98% of everyone we track.
WHAT I HAVE SHIPPED
ContractGPT: AI contract analysis with risk scoring and document chat (Next.js, Claude, Pinecone, Supabase)
Legacy Prime: construction management on iOS, Android and web, taken from a low-code AI build to production with estimating, CRM, Stripe payments and an AI assistant (React Native, tRPC, Twilio)
EDVEX: AI exam-prep platform across 8+ test tracks, audited and finalized for launch, 35 serverless functions (React, Supabase, Stripe)
OurLifeCore: estate-planning SaaS, 140+ endpoints, 60+ row-level security policies (Next.js, Prisma, Supabase)
MasteryTrainer: real-time voice AI sales trainer with automatic scoring (FastAPI, GPT-4, Deepgram, ElevenLabs)
CHIC Concierge: AI personal stylist with computer vision and Stripe billing (FastAPI, GPT-4o, Pinecone)
When a founder needs something new built end to end, I build that too: agents, voice AI, automation, full platforms.
FROM CLIENTS
"Due to the incomplete work of previous developers, we had a lot of tasks to fix, but Mustafa was able to successfully complete them all. He possesses exceptional communication, skills and displays consistent time management abilities. We now have confidence in him to execute any future updates we may require."
"Mustafa was very professional and super responsive. He does very high-quality jobs and follows your ideas and instructions to the T."
BEFORE THIS
Ten years shipping mobile and web to production: 25+ apps on the App Store and Play Store for Cabify, Wonolo, LiveOne, Paltalk, JETSWEAT and iFoodDS, plus dozens of web platforms. 100+ contracts and 12,000+ hours on Upwork. That decade is where the instinct for what breaks under load comes from, and it is why I build with Claude Code and Cursor every day without trusting what they produce until I have read it.
HOW I WORK
Async-first. A written update every working day, one 30-minute call a week, Slack for anything urgent. You always know what shipped, what is next, and what I am worried about.
STACK
Next.js, React, TypeScript, React Native, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Prisma, OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Pinecone, Stripe, Twilio, Vercel, AWS
Send me your repo or a two-minute Loom of what is breaking. Within a day I will tell you what I would fix first, and whether it is worth fixing.
