I've been working as an Excel developer over the past 5 years and have embraced online freelancing as a source of extra income but also by passion.

Communication is the key to success in remote collaboration. I use Skype to communicate and it makes the difference in early stages. In fact, during the proposal phase I find it helpful to discuss the project prior any hiring for it allows me to better understand what you do, what the problem is, and what the requirements are.

My availability to work ranges from 4pm GMT (11am EST / 8am PST) up to 1am (8pm EST, 5pm PST). I can also work on weekends on a more flexible schedule.
