With 11+ years of experience, Islam has deep expertise in PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, AWS (9 years), React (8 years), AWS Lambda, Elixir, Team Leadership, and Node.js. He has worked as a Technical Team Lead, Co-founder, and Senior Full-stack Developer across a variety of companies and industries.

Most recently, Islam architected a 10-agent AI orchestration pipeline (Flowdia) that generates production-ready full-stack apps end-to-end from a single prompt. He has also worked on large-scale enterprise applications at Accredible, TaskRabbit, Spin (Tier Mobility), and Corsair Gaming via Toptal.
