Every engagement runs through six stages: Discovery → Strategy → Design → Build → QA → Launch. You'll get weekly check-ins, Loom walkthroughs, and a clear scope before we start. Post-launch, most clients stay on monthly or yearly retainers for ongoing design, development, and SEO.

As a creative director, I lead a 15-person studio: designers, developers, QA, and PM. You work with me directly; the team scales behind the scenes based on what your project needs.
