Most AI projects stall between a promising prototype and something the business can trust. That gap is architecture, data, security and governance, which is where I've spent my career. I've built and run systems for organisations including Walmart, FIFA, Porsche, Deloitte and Covestro, and today I lead Scalexa's AI engineering and advisory work.

How I work
Every engagement starts with a short, paid discovery: a workshop, then a written scope and estimate you sign off before any build starts. I bill hourly against that estimate. If it takes me less time, you pay less, and nothing changes without your agreement. You work with me directly. If the project needs more people, I bring in senior specialists from my team, and you still deal with me.
