I'm a decision-science person. For 10+ years I've helped companies make decisions with their own data. Ten years ago this was called Business Intelligence. Now it's called Artificial Intelligence. One letter changed; the job didn't: get the data right, put it where people can use it, and make sure the numbers hold up when the CEO asks why.

What I build:
– Data engineering: Python and SQL pipelines from your ERP, CRM and finance systems into Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Azure SQL or Microsoft Fabric. Data warehouse, lakehouse, clean data layers, one semantic model that your reports and your AI tools both read from.
– Reporting people actually open: Power BI, Tableau, Domo. Executive reporting, KPI dashboards, scheduled refresh, row-level security, single source of truth.
– Integrations: API connections between NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, HubSpot, Salesforce, Procore, Buildertrend, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
– Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate apps on top of Dataverse and SharePoint data, when your team needs to enter, approve or track something, not just read it.
– Artificial Intelligence where the data is ready for it: Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Claude, AI-powered reporting. I don't start with the agent; I start with the data it will read.

A big part of my work in the last two years is construction and field service: Procore, Buildertrend, ServiceTitan, job costing, WIP and over/under billing, backlog, crew and branch reporting. Property management too: Yardi, AppFolio, rent roll, occupancy. Also healthcare, manufacturing, distribution and accounting firms.

How I work: a free sketch of the target reports and metrics before any build, so we agree on what "done" means. Fixed scope and price for the first stage, hourly for ongoing support and maintenance. Documentation and handover in every project. I run a small team at Data Never Lies — engineers for pipelines and integrations — so you're not waiting on one person.
