My main sourcing steps:

1. source different suppliers, get their prices for comparison, and ensure that you will get the best price;
2. consolidate the samples if needed, check or test them, and ship the selected ones to you for review and approval;
3. With the selected supplier, I can be your ears and eyes on the ground to pay physical visits to do audits, quality check, and build and maintain relationships with your suppliers.
4. With the production, I can keep daily communication with the supplier to push ahead the production and ensure that the deadline can be well met; in case of any delay or problems, I can also bring you and the suppliers together in the call to discuss about solutions, etc.
5. Once the production is done, I can help arrange the inspection.
6. Once the shipment inspection is approved, then I can reach out multiple forwarders to get quotes and get the best quote for you to ensure your interest.
