Before anything gets built I map how the business actually runs. Where the data is true and where it only looks true. Where work stops and waits. You get the current-state map, the target architecture, and the build split into priced stages. The plan is yours whether you build with me or not.

TWO WAYS IN
If something acute is costing you money now, we ship one tight working slice end to end in a week or two and record the decisions as we go, so v2 builds on it cleanly. If it is bigger and messier, we lock scope and constraints first, then execute in versions.

HubSpot, Airtable and Make where they fit. Python and APIs where they do not. Mostly operations work, sometimes the revenue side, HubSpot lifecycle and routing and reporting that stops contradicting itself.

WHAT THAT HAS LOOKED LIKE
A certification practice had about 20,000 patients and a tracked expiry date for roughly 6,000 of them. Nobody could say who was actually due to come back, so staff worked from manual spreadsheets and hoped. Every patient now sits in one defined state, and the system says who is due.

A commercial HVAC contractor ran his crews on paper. What a technician wrote on a job site got typed again for payroll and again for billing. Entered once now, and it moves on its own.

An evaluation practice had case status living in two places, and neither one recorded what stage a case was in or who owned it. I audited both, documented where they disagreed, and rebuilt it on one source with a defined step model.
