Conversational agents. Support and sales chatbots that connect to your real APIs, so they answer from live order, inventory or account data rather than a static FAQ.

AI automation. Manual back-office work replaced with agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Make and Zapier.

Keeping it reliable. Evaluation suites, output guardrails and token-cost optimization, so quality does not drift and your API bill stays predictable.

I also build the full application around the AI, which is usually where these projects stall. Ten years of full stack work: Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, FastAPI, Django, PostgreSQL. I have shipped 15+ products across fintech, e-commerce, logistics and healthcare, including a platform that scaled past 10,000 monthly users, plus heavy Amazon SP-API and Shopify integration experience.

I have spent most of my career contracting, so I am used to owning a project from the first call to deployment and handover.
