I work on existing PHP backend systems that need stability, fixes, and long-term ownership.

Most of my work involves taking over live applications, understanding current behavior, and improving them carefully without breaking what already works. Clients usually come to me when a system is already in production and needs a reliable developer to maintain and extend it.

One relevant example is northsideimports, an automotive marketplace where I handled backend-heavy PHP development, custom APIs, vehicle listings, pricing logic, admin workflows, and long-term maintenance. The work involved making changes on a live system with real users and evolving business rules.

I’ve worked across Laravel, Symfony, and CakePHP codebases, and handled production databases using MySQL. My focus is always on safe changes, predictable behavior, and keeping systems running smoothly over time.
