Hi, I’m Ivan, a UI UX Designer and Mobile App Design specialist for early-stage founders, Seed to Series A. I run Grona Agency, a UI UX Design studio where every Figma file is dev-ready from day one.
As a Mobile App Designer, UX Designer, and Product Designer, I design iOS and Android products across healthcare, wellness, SaaS, fintech, and social. My work combines Mobile App Design, UI UX, Product Design, UX Research, Mobile UI, and Figma from first user flow to developer handoff.
✅ Mobile App Design · Mobile UI · UI UX
As a Mobile App Design expert and Mobile UI Designer, I specialize in mobile app design in Figma for iOS and Android. As a Mobile App Designer and Mobile UI UX Designer, I cover every screen, state, user flow, and edge case.
I deliver dev-ready Figma files with onboarding, empty/error/loading states, auto-layout, design systems, and developer specs. As a UI UX Designer Figma specialist, Figma Designer, and Figma Mobile App Designer, I make Mobile App Design ready for development.
📊 Mobile App Design results:
📱 Wellness — onboarding completion +60-80%
💊 Healthcare — free trial conversion +15-30%
🚀 SaaS — D1 retention +30-40%
📲 Fintech — activation +25-40%

✅ UI UX Designer · UX Designer · Product Designer
I work as a UI UX Designer, UX Designer, and Product Designer for founders who need more than visual screens. Every UI UX project starts with product structure, UX Research, user flows, information architecture, and clear priorities.
My UI UX Design process connects Product Design, UI Design, Mobile Design, Figma, and Prototyping so the final product works for users and developers.
✅ Onboarding & First Session Strategy
Most apps lose users in session one. As a Mobile App Design specialist and UI UX Designer focused on retention, I redesign onboarding, first-session UI UX, and paywalls to maximize activation. Average lift: +30-50% across Mobile App Design engagements.
