At Walmart’s Store No. 8, I served as a Director of Finance (FP&A) on a strategic contract engagement, supporting early-stage ventures within Walmart’s innovation incubator. I built financial models for zero-to-one products, led forecasting and scenario planning, and partnered with product and executive teams to evaluate investments, optimize cost structures, and guide go-to-market strategy in highly ambiguous environments.
