In the past 12 years of working at Educational Resource Systems, Inc., I have been afforded the opportunity to work in many facets of the creative and production areas within an agency serving pharmaceutical clients. I began as a designer developing the artwork for print modules, workshops, presentations, and eLearning products. Within a short period of time I was elevated to the role of Design & Production Manager. In this position, I manage the day-to-day flow of the production team, while still having the opportunity to advance my design skills in the art department, and mentor junior artists. This dual role shaped my proficiency not only in design and implementing learning solutions, but also in my ability to confidently take those solutions to client-ready files and interface with clients as needed.

My current role is oversight of both the Art and Production Departments. Together with a committed team, using mostly Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, implementing successful design solutions with a dedication to positive outcomes is always my objective.
