I'm Steffan Alexander Lazerow, a business attorney and entrepreneur with a decade of legal experience.

I regularly handle most of what businesses actually deal with, whether it be formation, contracts, IP, brand protection, employment matters, disputes, issues, compliance, and all the smaller legal questions that come up along the way.

What you get with me is an attorney who is and always will be entreprenuer-first. I’ve built businesses and I’m actively building more, so I look at your business the way an owner would before I look at it the way a lawyer would.

With me, there is no big-firm overhead, no billing games, no handing your matter off to a junior associate. You will work with me and only me.

I'm outside counsel to about a dozen businesses and founders in tech and SaaS, e-commerce and DTC brands, content creators and influencers, music and entertainment, and the health and wellness space.

I earned my J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2016 and have spent the decade since practicing business law. I currently serve as outside counsel to a dozen active clients across several industries. In 2023, I was one of a small group invited to Upwork's Work Without Limits Executive Summit.
