• Renovated an aging custom-built CRM by applying DevOps principles, implementing a UI design system, installing and analyzing usage telemetry, interviewing end-users, maintaining a groomed backlog, and practicing Agile development processes, resulting in a 4.5x increase of end-user sentiment
