After more than 25 years practicing at major national law firms, I founded my own firm to provide high quality corporate and transactional legal services without unnecessary complexity or inflated legal bills. I focus exclusively on corporate and business transactions and do not handle litigation.

I regularly represent clients in M&A transactions and other strategic business deals. My approach is practical and business focused. I work to protect my clients’ legal and commercial interests while keeping negotiations efficient and deals moving forward to close.

Many clients hire me as ongoing outside corporate counsel because they want a lawyer who understands their business, responds promptly, exercises sound judgment, and can efficiently handle recurring contract work as needs arise.

I also maintain a strong library of contract templates and forms developed over many years of practice. This allows me to work efficiently, reduce drafting time, and provide clients with high quality agreements that can be customized for their specific business and transaction needs.

Many clients now use AI tools to prepare an initial draft before seeking legal review. I am comfortable working with AI assisted drafts and regularly help clients revise, strengthen, and finalize those documents. Any AI-assisted work product is personally reviewed by me to ensure accuracy, quality, and sound legal judgment.
