Step 2: Honest assessment and plan. You get a clear scope, a realistic timeline, and a milestone breakdown before any money moves. For rescues, I first audit the codebase and send you a written report of what's broken and what it costs to fix.

Step 3: Milestone-based delivery. I break work into small milestones, so you see progress every few days, not once a month. Each milestone ends with a working build you can test on your own phone via TestFlight or APK.

Step 4: Regular updates. Daily or every other day progress messages, weekly video calls if you want them, and Loom recordings of every feature so you always know exactly where things stand.

Step 5: Testing and polish. I test on real devices, fix edge cases, and tune performance before we ever talk about launch.

Publishing is where many projects die, so I handle it fully:

✅ Apple App Store and Google Play submission from start to approval
✅ Fixing rejections: guideline 4.3 spam flags, missing privacy details, crashing on review, sign in requirements, and in app purchase issues
✅ App Store Connect and Play Console setup, screenshots, metadata, and privacy policies
✅ CI and release builds, versioning, and staged rollouts
✅ Post launch monitoring and crash fixes

I work both hourly and fixed-price with milestones. For fixed projects, you only pay when a milestone is delivered and approved. For ongoing work, many clients keep me on hourly for maintenance and new features after launch. I'm flexible with time zones and overlap comfortably with US and EU working hours.
