WHAT I DO
Drafting and permit sets: floor plans, elevations, sections, details, site plans, code notes, ADUs, modular and cabin builds, built to IBC/IRC and your local requirements.

PDF and sketch to CAD: clean model-space DWG, correct layers, 1:1 scale, no xrefs, editable text and dimensions.

Revit and BIM: project templates, titleblocks, sheet sets, families, coordinated models.

3D rendering: exterior and interior stills, marketing packages, walkthroughs. Lumion, Twinmotion, D5, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona.

Site and civil coordination: site plans, setbacks, drainage and grading drawings for permit submittals.

STAMPING
Sealed sets are issued by the PE of record licensed in your state. I prepare the drawings, coordinate the engineer's review and handle plan-check comments. I will tell you up front which state and engineer apply to your project.

HOW I WORK
You get progress samples before the final delivery, revisions until the set matches your brief, and files in DWG, RVT, PDF or MP4. I reply within the hour during working days.
