I built 300+ CRM automations, AWS Lambda research services, and a Manifest V3 Chrome Extension for an M&A advisory firm, with LinkedIn activity synced into the CRM in real time through webhooks, where one client sourced 1,500+ acquisition targets and sent 10,000+ outreach emails. I contributed to an AI operations hub for a digital agency that has raised $1B+ online, with OpenAI agents handling generation, classification, and QA across roughly 220 routes. I led a talent platform where HubSpot sync, automated reminders, and certificate emails replaced Excel and manual follow-up for 200+ fellows across 54 universities. When Zapier's 30-second timeout choked long AI jobs, I moved the critical paths into first-party Next.js and Lambda code, and elsewhere a Zapier and Make lead sync now saves about 7 hours a day.

• 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗔𝗚 𝗣𝗜𝗣𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦
I built my own AI chatbot SaaS on multi-provider embeddings (Voyage AI, OpenAI, Gemini) with query rewriting, fusion, and reranking, a Shadow DOM widget that embeds with one script tag, Stripe billing across four tiers up to $199 a month, and Docker with GitHub Actions CI/CD in production. Every unanswered question is logged and every chat can end in a CSAT survey, so answer quality is measured instead of assumed. I led the frontend of a K-12 assistant that answers only from approved school documents and escalates sensitive chats to an administrator, cutting staff inquiries by 75%, about $65K a year in capacity. I built the conversational AI feature end to end on a campaign research platform with Firebase Google OAuth, used on campaigns that reached 100M+ impressions, and the transcription and note generation on Google Vertex AI and Supabase for a surgical care platform reporting 42% fewer readmissions and 349% ROI.

On a multi-tenant test management SaaS, I contributed to a database-per-tenant PostgreSQL model on an Express and TypeScript backend, with OpenFGA relationship-based permissions and idempotent BullMQ Jira syncs, so a new permission needs no migration, a rerun never duplicates a defect, and teams on the platform report saving 4 to 7 hours a week. On a school transportation platform serving 500+ districts, I contributed to an event-driven architecture with change data capture behind live GPS vehicle tracking. Most recently I scoped a workflow and document platform before any code was written.
