HOW I WORK

▪️ Discovery. We map every process, every entity and every handoff, and find the hours your team is losing to work that should never need a person.
▪️ A working demo before you decide. We build a first version of your app before the proposal, so you judge something you’ve already clicked through, not a slide.
▪️ Build. Our team works with orchestrated AI agents that turn your meetings and files into requirements, and validation agents that test every calculation across multiple scenarios. That’s how we ship in weeks, not quarters.
▪️ Launch and support. Role-specific apps, executive dashboards and 30 days of bug fixes after final delivery.

Eight weeks. Your team uses its apps from week 2, they go live with your real data by week 4, and we deliver the final version in week 8, after three improvement rounds per app based on what your team asks for.

Programs start at $7,500 for the data architecture, the operating system and two apps, on either platform. For smaller fixes, I work hourly.

We have built this for construction, manufacturing, insurance, legal, SaaS, field operations, agencies and wholesale.
